I was born in Barcelona, Spain (1985), but now I am residing in Belgium. I have a master degree in journalism, and I decided to fully dedicate myself to photography in the second year of my studies. Since then, my everyday goal has been to improve my professional skills and to be a better photographer.
In the academic year 2007-2008, I have worked as an intern in the Spanish newspaper La Vanguardia. My internship has been a great step forward in my learning curve towards being a professional photographer. Also, it provided me with a great opportunity to experience the everyday work that is being dealt with in a big media company.
After my experience in the Spanish press, I have focussed my work more on portraits, creative photography and fashion photography. Also, I am always looking to capture interesting images whenever I am on a trip. As a journalist and a photographer, I feel it is important to be versatile, and to move easily and quickly from one domain of photography to another.
In every project, I push my own limits. I don’t think of photography as merely a job, photography is a passion and a lifestyle to me.
